ART CURATION & BRAND ACTIVATION

FIVE/5THS

At the nexus of art and spirituality, TunnelVision Creative Agency proudly unveiled FIVE/5THS—a transcendent audio/visual exhibition that reimagines the narrative surrounding Black art and identity. Featuring the unique expressions of five contemporary artists, each a beacon of spiritual leadership, this showcase resonates as more than just an exhibit—it's a movement. From the fervent calls of political activists to the ethereal melodies of song, FIVE/5ths stands as a testament to the multifaceted essence of the Black psyche.

INTENTION

Historically fragmented, often seen through lenses that portrayed us as splintered, our ambition was to challenge and change that narrative. FIVE/5ths, as conceptualized and presented by TunnelVision and the illustrious artist family we champion, aimed to ascend beyond these fractured perceptions. It's not just about showcasing art—it's about heralding unity, celebrating our collective spirit, and emphasizing that, in our myriad expressions, we emerge undivided, whole, and powerful.

IMPACT

FIVE/5THS wasn't just an exhibition; it was a revolution. Collaborating with media brand partners, we catapulted them into the cultural limelight, drawing in a fresh cohort of fervent supporters. Moreover, our pioneering approach birthed an independent art market model that boasted $60k in sales, creating a novel collector base deeply invested in Black Contemporary artists, comprised of budding art aficionados and passionate Black culture enthusiasts.

This groundbreaking endeavor didn't just reshape the art marketplace—it fundamentally transformed TunnelVision's narrative. From heralds of counter-culture, we ascended as a defining cultural touchstone, emblematic of art curation excellence and unparalleled representation

5IVE/5THS EXHIBITION STATEMENT

Five contemporary artists, each spiritual leaders in their own right, have come together to tell the story of FIVE/5ths, an audio/visual exhibition that is meant to offer an alternative perspective on the way we see and appreciate Black art and by extension, ourselves.

Each artist represents a piece of the Black mind -- from the political activists, to the free-spirited wanderers, to the humming voices of song alike -- FIVE/5ths is a testament that all spiritual expression is art and can live harmoniously. Historically, we have been dispersed on more levels than one, walking around this earth in pieces, chained to the idea that we are fractioned.

FIVE/5ths, presented by TunnelVision and the artist family it represents, is about ascending to a place where we are now united, a place where we are now whole, a place where we are now one.
